I've created a new TYPO3 extension connecting my Plupload for FE extension with the famous Powermail form extension.

It adds a new Powermail form type which will create a fully functional Plupload file upload widget within your forms. It's possible to have multiple Plupload instances in one form, each with its own configuration record. It comes with server side validation and supports email attachments. There are some Powermail features missing, but the basic functionality works very well.
